Challenge

As one of the biggest game publishers in the world, Ubisoft was looking for support in personnel assignment and quality execution of its nationwide actions in the field of merchandising for its numerous products in the growing market of PC- and video games.

Solution

As brand representatives for Ubisoft, a merchandising team supervised hundreds of retail partners in Germany and visited stores on a regular visit schedule. Along with realising block and specialised placements, the merchandisers took on the task of restocking, supplying advertising materials as well as re-structuring and expanding presentation areas. In order to meet the targets, Ubisoft also relied on solutions in the areas:
