Challenge

Sky Deutschland was looking for a sales partner for improving the quality management in its monthly project volume. The partner needed to reliably meet the high standards for personnel and IT-infrastructure. The essential challenge for the premium-TV-provider consisted in generating new customers-subscriptions through actively addressing potential new customers in retail grocery stores and at events.
